〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American specification vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not these products can be installed on Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming compatibility first.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Generally, all products we carry are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the products themselves. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items received. Please note that for products sold through us, we provide warranty support "exclusively through our company." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
