ISR Performance mounts feature urethane engine and transmission mounts, which help reduce engine vibration without being excessively stiff.

○ Compatibility Check
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will look into it for you.)
If an order is placed without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our homepage tabs, this does not guarantee that they will fit Japanese market vehicles without modification.

○ Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at checkout. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items like body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we are unable to provide strength analysis reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "off-road, track, or private property use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for all products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan for warranty claims.
