If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the lead time. All items are shipped via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that these products are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide structural integrity reports or similar documentation for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on tracks, private property, or off-road," and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all items are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that packaging or items may sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not facilitate support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
