The new F87 M2 lacks the traditional ///M embroidered floor mats often seen on past M models. At IND, we have introduced our popular custom mat service for the new chassis.
Based on genuine BMW floor mats, we add custom "///M2" embroidery and match the stitching to the Polar Blue or Sunset Orange found on other interior details of the vehicle.

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Compatibility Check
Our entire product database is based on North American specification (USDM) vehicles; please verify whether the items can be installed on Japanese specification (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases where shipping damage occurs to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
