For those S54 enthusiasts who have long coveted the roar of the infamous M3 CSL intake but were unwilling to overcome the significant hurdles of installing a CSL carbon airbox, look no further. By combining the new Karbonius OEM-style carbon airbox with the proven Eventuri S54 black carbon intake system, you can achieve sound and performance nearly identical to a CSL airbox without the hassle of difficult installation, additional parts, wiring, or ECU remapping. This is especially beneficial for Z4M owners; because this vehicle used an ECU completely different from the E46 M3, a full CSL conversion—including MAP sensor, IAT sensor, and intake flap control—was nearly impossible.
Note: The E85 / E86 Z4M package does not include the carbon intake lower scoop; instead, it comes with a red kidney grille duct. The E46 M3 SMG package includes the genuine CSL SMG reservoir and bracket.
Package Details:
- Karbonius part number E46AD09 and Eventuri part number EVE-E46-CF-INT or EVE-Z4M-CF-INT.
- No remapped software required, though it is compatible with S54 MAF-compliant software.
- 100% pre-preg carbon fiber components.
- Over 10 lbs (approx. 4.5 kg) of weight savings compared to the OEM intake components.
- Bolt-on installation for 2001–2004 M3 models. No modifications required.
- For 2005–2006 M3 and Z4 models, 2005-and-earlier throttle body boots and custom crankcase breather hoses are required (see installation photos).
- The E46 M3 SMG package includes the genuine M3 CSL SMG reservoir and bracket. The factory mounting location is on the driver-side strut tower.

〇 Compatibility Confirmation
Our entire product database is based on North American specification vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese specification vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if you have filtered products by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee that the product will fit Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you via email separately.
Generally, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us for a delivery estimate in advance. All items are shipped via air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Road Legal Compliance (Shaken)
Our products are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese Road Legal (Shaken) standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Consequently, all parts are sold for "use on tracks, private property, or off-road use only," and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all items are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the shipping box or the product itself during transit. We will handle returns, refunds, or replacements only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt regarding items that arrived damaged, are defective, or differ from your order. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty claims are handled "strictly through us only." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
