2006-2011 Civic Short Shifter Assembly V3 by Hybrid Racing
After developing shifter cables, shifter cable bushings, shifter base bushings, and an original clutch master cylinder upgrade for the 8th Gen Civic, we realized there was only one part left that needed attention... the shifter! As we continue to pursue ultimate performance and reliability, we rebuilt the original 06-11 Civic shifter assembly from the ground up.
The shifter frame is made of TIG-welded, powder-coated 1000 series steel. The Dust-Gold anodized upper and lower rocker assemblies are machined from a single piece of aerospace-grade aluminum and feature custom sealed ball bearings to reduce friction. The new V3 shifter is 60% smoother than the original version, requires much less physical effort to shift, and is significantly lighter. Shift throw adjustment is performed using two threaded cable mounting pins, allowing for fine-tuning the shift throw to suit your exact driving style. Each mounting pin features a wear-resistant Delrin pivot cap for solid, quiet operation. New dual zinc-plated extension springs replace the OEM-style torsion centering springs, improving centering action and direct feel.
This short shifter assembly is designed to eliminate the need for base bushings, saving you the extra expense of solid shifter base bushings. This shifter is compatible with OEM 8th Gen Civic cables or our performance 8th Gen Civic cables. It works on both the base model R18 platform and the Si K20 platform.

Note: Front/back throw and left/right throw can be adjusted independently. Reduction percentages are shown below:
- 06-08 8th Gen Honda Civic Si: Front/Back adjustable from 80% to 48% of stock throw (20% to 52% reduction) - Left/Right adjustable from 83% to 47% of stock throw (17% to 53% reduction)
- 09-11 8th Gen Honda Civic Si: Front/Back adjustable from 87% to 52% of stock throw (17% to 48% reduction) - Left/Right adjustable from 90% to 49% of stock throw (10% to 51% reduction)

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
