HPS Stainless Steel Spring-Loaded T-Bolt Clamps for 7.75"-8.06" (197mm-205mm) 7.5" ID hoses provide high strength and a 360-degree seal. The added spring is designed to automatically adjust the clamp diameter to compensate for hose expansion and contraction due to temperature or pressure fluctuations. HPS spring-loaded clamps are reusable and designed to meet or exceed SAE J1508 specifications for T-bolt clamps. The clamp features a floating bridge and rolled edges to protect soft hoses. The lock nut includes a nylon insert to prevent backing off. Tighten with a 7/16" socket wrench. HPS constant-tension T-bolt clamps are widely used in Charge Air Cooler (CAC) systems, aircraft, automotive, trucks and heavy-duty vehicles, industrial, hardware/plumbing, and marine industries. Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate of shipping costs is automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
〇 Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
