If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. All products are shipped via air freight. No items are shipped by sea freight.
○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors based in Japan.
