If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese models without modification.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for your order to arrive. If you are in a rush, please contact us in advance to check delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar items for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packing box or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with delivery damage, defective items, or items different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will handle all warranty matters "exclusively through us." Please be aware that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
