○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please order with sufficient time. If you are in a rush, please inquire about delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they do not comply with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection" standards, and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or products during transit. We will provide returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items received. Please understand that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us."
