The late 2003-2007 Ford F-Series super-duty trucks are equipped with a 6.0L Power Stroke diesel engine, delivering powerful and excellent truck performance. However, these engines have some flaws that have given them a bad reputation. We brought in two different models of these trucks to analyze and investigate the problems in detail. What we came up with is an upgraded 6061 aluminum HPS cold-side and hot-side charge pipe kit that addresses the weaknesses of the charge air system. Unique mounting brace design on the hot side to increase the structural rigidity of the hot side pipe. Mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing increases air volume and airflow. Upgrades the factory plastic charge pipe of the 05-07 model. If you order without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with plenty of time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
All products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system" at all, and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or the like for Japanese vehicle inspections. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from your order.
