If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated on the checkout page once you enter your delivery address. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, we will only handle warranty-related matters "directly through our company." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
