If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Generally, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, and off-road" only; please use and install them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, the packaging box and the product itself may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or items different from what you ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be provided "only through us." Please be aware that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
