〇 Checking Compatibility
All of our product databases are based on North American specification vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the product can be installed on a Japanese specification vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our homepage, this does not guarantee that the product will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the purpose of the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and please install and use them at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon receipt of your product. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing box or the product. We will handle returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered. Please understand that for products sold through us, we will provide warranty-related support "only through our company." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
