If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery dates in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of delivery damage to packaging or products. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
