The products we carry are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the purpose of Japanese inspections. Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases where shipping damage occurs to the packaging or the product. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if notified within 7 days of receipt for items that arrived damaged, are defective, or are different from what was ordered. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through our company." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
