All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please confirm whether the item is compatible with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. For shipping estimates, costs are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. ○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements if you notify us of shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, warranty-related support will be provided "exclusively through our company."
