We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you order without verifying compatibility beforehand.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. ○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these requirements. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon receipt. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the shipping box or the product itself. Please understand that we only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for defective products, products damaged during shipping, or items different from what was ordered if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty claims must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
