Built for performance and show, the HPS Polished Cool Ram Air Intake with Heat Shield. The 2001-2003 Ford Lobo 5.4L V8 features a free-flowing 3.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tube induction system designed to increase horsepower and torque while improving throttle response while maintaining safe air-fuel ratios. The heavy-duty powder-coated steel heat shield included in the kit blocks heat from the engine to maximize cooling. Compared to a cold air intake, the HPS Cool Ram air intake is a convenient way to alter the intake on rainy days when water could enter a cold air system. The included installation manual contains clear photos and instructions to guide the installer through the entire process. The kit includes a mass airflow sensor adapter, allowing you to reuse the stock mass airflow sensor. The pipe is also equipped with a port to plug in the stock air temperature sensor. Since all product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please check whether the product can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery dates in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compatibility with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products handled by our company are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation sheets or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered. Furthermore, regarding products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
