If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model on our homepage tabs, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
The products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide structural strength documentation or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
