〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Compatibility Check
Our entire product database is based on North American (USDM) vehicles. Please verify compatibility with Japanese (JDM) vehicles before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese market models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please place your order with sufficient time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may occasionally sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
