〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify whether parts can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. If there are any confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please inquire about the estimated delivery date in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we carry are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the purpose of the Japanese Shaken system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, and off-road" only, and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as the products arrive. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to packaging boxes or products. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please be aware that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
