Our engineers have meticulously evaluated suspension geometry to design UCAs optimized for specific vehicles. Lifting a vehicle compromises factory alignment specifications by causing an excessive increase in caster; however, FOX UCAs provide the necessary corrections to maintain alignment while maximizing droop travel to increase off-road articulation. The additional caster reduces steering wander at high speeds, providing the driver with greater confidence. You will experience a precise and comfortable ride even on rough roads and trails.

At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese models (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted after you select the year, make, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please inquire about delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances where packaging or products sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, please be aware that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
