〇Checking compatibility
As our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not these parts can be installed on Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean it will fit a Japanese model vehicle without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with plenty of time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please inquire about delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese vehicle inspection compliance
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar materials for those standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of your product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging box or the product. Please understand that for products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered, we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, we will only handle warranty-related matters "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or agencies located within Japan.
