We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if an order is placed without prior confirmation.
Please note that even if products are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee a direct fitment without modifications for Japanese-spec models.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the estimated delivery time. All products are transported via air freight. We do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections (Shaken)
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private land use, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, there may be instances of damage to the packaging or the product due to shipping. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items only if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
