The Audi C8 RS6 intake system is the culmination of exhaustive development and testing. Our goal was to satisfy two primary criteria: 1) Increased flow rate. 2) Smooth airflow. The first goal was achieved by utilizing all available space in the RS6 engine bay, which was significantly restricted by the underside of the hood. Our solution was to completely redesign the entire airbox to maximize volume, increase inlet openings, and provide a more favorable filter angle for the turbos. Furthermore, we measured the cross-sectional area of the turbo inlet openings and significantly expanded their size by up to 85%. The second goal was achieved by designing an organically shaped system with custom-made round panel filters. This ensures there are no sharp angles in the airflow path and maintains laminar flow. A smooth transition from the filter to the turbo inlet minimizes turbulence, enabling the turbo to operate efficiently. We partnered with BMC to develop bespoke filter elements that maximize filtration area while keeping airflow clean.
Having achieved all our goals, the C8 RS6 intake system performs exceptionally in every aspect, allowing the turbos to generate boost more efficiently. The result is improved throttle response and significant power gains as tuning levels increase, which has been confirmed by independent testing. The measured performance gains are due to the complete system we developed, from the airbox base and lid to the inlets.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese vehicle inspection compliance
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
