〇 Regarding Import Duties and Taxes
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption taxes incurred during importation on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Verification of Fitment
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please verify the compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee fitment on Japanese-market models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing phrasing, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
〇 Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
〇 Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
In principle, all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
〇 Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or products. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items only if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies based in Japan for warranty claims.
