〇 About Import Taxes
At Shaftoya, we pay the import taxes incurred during importation on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Fitment Verification
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you order without verifying fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct fit on Japanese-spec vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items like body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection" (Shaken) standards, and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the products. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
