ECUMaster Flex Fuel Sensor Kit
The WHP Flex Fuel Sensor Kit is designed for use with aftermarket ECUs capable of reading ethanol content sensors. Using the WHP Flex Fuel Sensor with an ECUMaster EMU allows for the blending of fuel, ignition, cold start, and boost control tables. Built around the most accurate ethanol content sensor on the market, the WHP Flex Fuel Sensor Kit allows the ECU to read ethanol content and fuel temperature within a quarter of a second after start-up. Each kit includes an ethanol content sensor, a laser-cut, CNC-bent, and powder-coated mounting bracket, metric mounting hardware, and a connector with an 8-foot harness. Installation is simple: mount the sensor in the fuel feed or return line, connect the three wires to switched 12-volt power, ECU ground, and the output signal wire to the "Cam Sync 2" pin on the EMU. Please be aware not to exceed the sensor's maximum flow rate of 400 liters/hour, as this can result in unstable signals. Some applications may require a bypass loop to be incorporated into the feed or return line to accommodate the ethanol content sensor. The sensor includes -6 AN fittings with a durable black anodized finish, allowing for easy integration into your fuel system using AN-style hoses.

If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping costs will be automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping amount and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)" standards, and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
