〇Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Compatibility Check
All product databases are based on North American specification vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are filtered by selecting the year, make, and model from the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All product information is translated into Japanese using translation software. If there are any confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering.
○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated on the checkout page once you enter your shipping address. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
All products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide documents such as strength calculation reports for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please be aware that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
