The Winters Quick Change 1000HP+ Differential is a proven, high-strength racing differential used by drag racing and professional drift teams around the world, and featured in many championship-winning machines.

At Shaft-ya, we carry a wide range of skid plates for quick change units. Skid plates are essential items for quick change differentials, as they protect the diff case from damage and wear caused by road contact.

Winters Quick Change units use a 1350-spec differential flange. We strongly recommend using Mark Williams billet high-strength 1350 U-joint strap kits when installing your propeller shaft.
Lead Time
All Winters Quick Change differentials are hand-assembled one by one by technicians in the USA to meet various specifications. While we may have some in stock at our warehouse, if an item is out of stock, it will take several weeks from order to shipment, so please inquire about lead times in advance.
Regarding Previous Casting Issues
In the past, casting defects in certain production runs led to issues with case cracking. Winters has since modified the casting structure and design, and changed the aluminum alloy used to resolve the recall, so such problems do not occur in current production batches.

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
On the Shaft-ya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American market (USDM) vehicles; please check whether the product is compatible with Japanese market (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us with any questions before ordering.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the lead time. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the purpose of the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, support regarding warranties will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other third-party companies or agencies located within Japan.
