Ford 2.3L EcoBoost Turbo Blanket (by Cobb Tuning)
The Cobb Tuning Turbo Blanket insulates the turbine housing and provides several benefits. It prevents the dissipation of effective exhaust energy, improving the acceleration of the turbo RPM. This results in a faster turbo spool and allows peak torque to be reached sooner. It also helps limit heat soak to components adjacent to the turbocharger.
The Cobb Tuning Turbo Blanket is designed to limit the amount of heat transferred from the turbocharger to the engine bay, keeping the hot exhaust gases at higher temperatures to be expelled from the system faster due to lower density. By limiting the amount of transferred heat, it extends the life of under-hood components, lowers intake temperatures, and improves vehicle response.
Constructed with an outer layer of pulverized volcanic rock (rated for 1500°F direct heat / 1800°F radiant heat) and an interior of high-temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool (rated for 1800°F direct heat / 2300°F peak heat).

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese-model vehicles without modification.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation sheets or similar documents for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, or off-road," and please install and use them at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, we will provide warranty support "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
