Ford Focus RS Intercooler Hard Pipe Kit (by Cobb Tuning)
The Focus RS Hard Pipe Kit allows you to retain your factory intercooler core while cleaning up the engine bay and ensuring airflow to the engine.
Replacing the factory plastic tubes with 2.5-inch (63.5mm) mandrel-bent piping, the Cobb Tuning Focus RS Hard Pipe Kit removes restrictions and improves airflow to the Focus RS engine. This kit consists of one-piece pipes made from mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for both the cold and hot sides of the intercooler, resulting in a design with no welds from the turbo outlet to the intercooler inlet, and from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body. Cobb Tuning 4-ply silicone hose couplings and heavy-duty T-bolt hose clamps complete this kit, ensuring the pipes remain securely in place.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs will be paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or the product due to transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt.
