Increased Power. The C.A.R.B. certified Cobb Tuning SF Intake removes pre-turbo restrictions from the factory intake system, delivering net gains of +11HP and +16lb-ft of torque. The SF Intake system utilizes several unique features to maintain optimal flow for performance while minimizing turbulence that could cause engine management issues.
From the custom conical cloth air filter element, a CFD-designed velocity stack leads into a unique air flow straightener grid, which is designed to smooth the incoming airflow as it passes the mass airflow sensor for accurate readings. The intake utilizes a one-piece design made from high-temperature plastic composite material, reducing weight and heat transfer. Increased Intake Sound: Enjoy an increased growl from the engine with the addition of the Cobb Tuning SF Intake system, and hear the turbo spool more clearly. With this intake system, the turbocharger induction sound and bypass valve vent sound become much more audible. Easy Installation: The Cobb Tuning SF Intake is designed to install easily without modifying your vehicle. Installation requires no cutting or trimming of components and can be completed with simple hand tools. Simply remove the factory airbox and bolt the SF Intake into place in just a few minutes.
The filter comes pre-oiled. Calibration: All aftermarket intakes for the MAZDASPEED require tuning to ensure the MAF sensor reads properly and the engine operates within safe parameters. Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. No items are shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compliance
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation sheets for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
