The Cobb Tuning Short Shift Plate allows you to reduce the throw of the shifter in your Ford Focus ST or Focus RS. Shorter throws allow for quicker and more precise gear changes, improving the overall driving experience.
The new and improved Cobb Tuning Adjustable Shift Plate allows users to adjust the throw reduction between three positions (20%, 30%, and 40%). This shortens the shift and provides the perfect shift feel. This updated design is much easier to install than the original design.

Since all product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not installation is possible on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us if you have any questions before placing an order.
○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese delivery, international delivery takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with plenty of time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air. They will not be shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to packing boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with delivery damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered. Please note that for products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related matters "only through us." We do not handle correspondence through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
