The GTC-500 carbon fiber adjustable wing, ranging from 71 inches to 74 inches, is the largest wing available in the APR catalog. Featuring an optimized 3D airfoil shape, the GTC-500 is perfect for high-speed touring applications, providing a substantial amount of downforce without causing excessive drag. All GTC series wings feature airfoils that are aerodynamically 3D-designed to achieve an optimal balance of downforce. This design allows for maintaining an ideal level of downforce while reducing air resistance. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was performed for this wing to support the validation of the aerodynamic design.
Each GTC series airfoil is constructed from lightweight and durable carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. These airfoils include pre-preg carbon fiber weave sheets for superior strength and weight reduction. All CFRP airfoils are manufactured using pre-preg composite manufacturing processes (such as high-temperature autoclaving and vacuum bagging) in high-quality aluminum billet molds.
Supporting the wing are 10mm "aircraft-grade" 6061 billet aluminum pedestals with a flat black powder coat finish.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the lead time. Please note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, and off-road," so please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. As all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from your order. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, we will handle warranty matters "only through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or agents located in Japan.
