Tucked Aluminum Radiator for 1982-1991 BMW E30, 1991-1999 BMW E36, and 1999-2006 BMW E46 by Chase Bays
The new Chase Bays Tucked Radiator for BMW is designed to free up space in your BMW engine bay while improving cooling performance and aesthetics. This radiator is a cooling upgrade, featuring higher fluid capacity than stock, more direct airflow, and a dual-pass design. It mounts below the core support, opening up to 6 inches of space. This radiator has been rigorously track-tested on Chase Bays E36 drift cars and countless race/drift/show-winning builds.
Chase Bays designed this all-aluminum radiator to fill all the space under the core support while allowing for a 16-inch electric fan. Minor cutting of the front core support is required. These are integrated; featuring capabilities from fan sizing to modularity that other competitors do not offer.
This radiator will not work with factory hose setups, so custom hoses must be used. Additionally, this radiator sits lower than the original factory orientation. Because of this, a new fill point is required. Chase Bays offers multiple hoses, clamps, and filler necks to allow you to meet your engine bay needs as required.
Optional Fan: Chase Bays 16" Ultra HD Fan, rated at 2,200 CFM. It is critical that the fan is on its own relay with properly sized wiring. The fill point is the highest point in the system. Purchasing our Dual Fan Relay Harness with 180°F thermo-switch will simplify your wiring. The fan must be mounted using proper hardware. Using zip ties to mount a fan to this radiator will immediately void the warranty.

If you order without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Estimates for shipping costs are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with plenty of time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check delivery times in advance. All products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or products. For items with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from your order, we will provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges only if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "only through us."
