Chase Bays Thermostatic Oil Sandwich Plate
The Chase Bays Thermostatic Oil Sandwich Plate is a high-flow design that is reliable, lightweight, compact, and aesthetically pleasing, engineered to adapt your engine to an external oil cooler.
The built-in thermostatic oil valve allows the vehicle to warm up to operating temperature before sending oil to the oil cooler. Without this, it could take over 20 minutes for the vehicle to warm up, which has a negative impact on the engine. The oil sandwich adapter installs between the oil filter and the oil filter landing, making it easy to install an oil cooler.

Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatic shipping calculation may occasionally differ significantly from the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They are never shipped via sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support is handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
