The mirror covers are finished with a UV-stable product clear coat paint and individually hand-polished to a shine. -

〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred upon import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
All of our product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether they can be installed on Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee a perfect fit for Japanese market vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes about 7 to 14 days, so please place your order with sufficient lead time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are shipped via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system" in any way, and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of your product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases of delivery damage to the packing box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Additionally, for products sold through us, we will provide warranty support "only through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
