Brian Crower 31.15mm Exhaust Valve
BC performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders to ensure accuracy and tolerances within 0.02 mm. All BC camshaft profiles are prototyped and dyno-tested to prove horsepower results before being released for production. Brian Crower, Inc. passes the savings on to the end user by grinding cores in mass quantities. Quality at an affordable price. Every BC cam is checked on high-speed measuring gauges with sub-micron precision. The Adcole camshaft measuring system uses individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, taking one data point every 1/10th of a degree—3,600 data points per revolution—at 0.01-micron resolution. This model measures camshafts for profile error and chatter mark detection and can measure 200 parts per hour.
