Brian Crower 26.90mm Intake Valve
BC high-performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders to guarantee accuracy and tolerances within 0.02 mm. All BC camshaft profiles are prototyped and dyno-tested to verify horsepower results before being put into mass production. By grinding cores in high volume, Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass the cost savings on to the end user. Quality at an affordable price. All BC cams are checked with high-speed measuring gauges with sub-micron accuracy. The Adcole camshaft measuring system uses an individual measuring head for each cam journal and cam lobe, capturing 3,600 data points per revolution (one data point every 1/10th of a degree) with 0.01-micron resolution. This model, which measures camshafts for lift errors and chatter marks, can measure 200 parts per hour.
