Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items that differ from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
