Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please verify whether the product can be installed on Japanese domestic market (JDM) vehicles before ordering. We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if the order is placed without prior compatibility confirmation.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese market vehicle models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate of shipping costs is automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automatic calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery schedule. All products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private property use, or off-road use," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Warranty Policy
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that the packaging or the products themselves may sustain shipping damage. We will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
