Introducing the ARB Intensity V2. The new ARB Intensity light has arrived, featuring the latest optics and LED technology, along with stylish design enhancements. The Intensity V2 retains the same optimized chassis design as its predecessor while incorporating the latest LED technology: OSRAM GIANTS. The Intensity spotlight configuration uses advanced optics with the latest Hyperspot(TM) technology, while the floodlight configuration has been updated to spread light over a wider area. The combination of spot and flood provides long-range visibility and a broad field of view to the sides. Hyperspot(TM) is a precision optic that concentrates and intensifies light output, efficiently delivering light from the OSRAM GIANTS LEDs to long distances while maintaining clarity and controlling the beam pattern. The large LED chips of the OSRAM GIANTS provide significant light output. One of the benefits of the OSRAM GIANTS is the high power that can be input into the LEDs, increasing the output to 165W per light for the AR32 and 105W for the AR21. This results in a raw light output of approximately 20,000 lumens for the AR32 and approximately 13,170 lumens for the AR21. Because the new V2 driving lights have increased power consumption, a newly designed harness was required, and ARB has designed a harness with high-current wiring and components capable of handling up to 40 amps. Intelligent thermal management for the LEDs and PCB boards is a key design element of the Intensity lights. To maximize cooling effects, the die-cast aluminum body acts as a heat sink, rapidly dissipating heat from the LEDs. With clear, crisp light and an appropriate LED color temperature, eye fatigue and strain are reduced during long-distance driving, providing sufficient illumination far down the road. With uncompromising, high-quality electronic components and LEDs, state-of-the-art active thermal management, and optimized lens and optic placement, the ARB Intensity V2 driving lights continue to lead the industry standard in vehicle lighting.
