Based on the proven mounting method of ARB’s classic style roof racks, a BASE Rack mount kit and wind deflector specifically for the 100 Series Land Cruiser have been developed. Blade brackets designed exclusively for the BASE Rack have also been developed to fit the 61 x 51 inch (approx. 1540 x 1295mm) PN 1770020 BASE Rack. By incorporating a dovetail extrusion around the entire perimeter and every edge of the internal beams, the BASE Rack offers infinite mounting and attachment options. The BASE Rack’s dovetail system allows for quick and easy addition, removal, and repositioning of accessories and cargo, enabling individual items to be attached or removed without interfering with the rest of the load. Furthermore, unlike conventional roof rack channels, the BASE Rack’s dovetail extrusion does not accumulate dust or debris. Various BASE Rack accessories and gear attach to the rack with simple clamp mounts and can accommodate large parts such as Hi-Lift(TM) jack mounts, rollers, recovery boards, and even light bars specifically designed for the BASE Rack.
