Note: The 19V laptop port is not compatible with Apple 16V laptops. The DC cable is used with the 12V port, 19V port, and laptop tips. The laptop tips fit many laptop charging ports, but not all. Compatible models include: Apple, Acer, Dell, HP, Asus, etc. The multi-tip USB cable is now 3-into-1 (not 4-into-1). Apple 30-pin and Mini USB are no longer included. The tips are Micro USB, Apple 8-pin, and USB-C. The home charger plugs into a wall outlet. The mobile charger plugs into a cigarette lighter socket. Since all product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will check for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese-model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping costs are automatically calculated on the checkout page once you enter your shipping address. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping amount and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation sheets for these standards. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, the packaging box or the product itself may sustain shipping damage. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items received. Please understand that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not handle support through other companies or agents located within Japan.
