If an order is placed without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic delivery within Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check the delivery time in advance. All products are transported via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
In principle, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defects, or items that differ from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, we provide warranty support "only through us." Please understand that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
