○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. For shipping estimates, they will be calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. All products handled by our company are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packing boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacements for products with delivery damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days after receipt. Please note that regarding products sold through our company, we will handle warranty-related matters "only through our company."
