AMS Performance Front Mount Intercooler Kit for 2015-2021 Subaru WRX
The AMS Performance WRX Front Mount Intercooler features aluminum end tanks and a large 28.5-inch wide core that completely fills the front bumper opening to ensure maximum airflow through the core. Every AMS intercooler is precision finished with hand TIG welds and pressure-tested to maximize performance and durability. The 4-inch thick, high-efficiency bar-and-plate core was chosen based on years of motorsport experience to optimize the turbo system. The AMS kit includes 2.5-inch intercooler piping, custom silicone hoses compatible with the factory-style blow-off valve, and all necessary hose clamps and hardware from the throttle body to the compressor outlet to ensure a precise fit.
Cooling efficiency is dramatically improved by increasing the core thickness. This is why the AMS team opted for a 4-inch thick bar-and-plate core. The AMS intercooler core provides a massive 325% increase in capacity over stock! It allows for more dense, cooler air to be ingested, unlocking maximum power from your WRX. Lower intake temperatures translate directly into more horsepower!
The AMS Performance WRX front-mount intercooler was designed in Solidworks© 3D CAD by our SnailWorks© engineering team to deliver class-leading performance. Every detail was scrutinized to ensure smooth airflow to the FA20 engine, including recessed silicone hose connections to optimize airflow between pipes. The new front-mount intercooler for the 2015+ WRX stands in a league of its own. Furthermore, the included mounting hardware ensures that you or your trusted mechanic can install it quickly and correctly.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and any installation or use is at your own risk.

Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement support if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items.
