AEM 2006 Civic Si Red Short Ram Intake

The AEM 22-516R Performance Short Ram Air Intake System is an affordable and simple way to easily increase your engine's horsepower and torque. It replaces your restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing with this AEM air intake system. This system is specifically designed, tuned, and dyno-tested for the Honda Civic Si. Air enters the system through a high-capacity AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter, providing excellent airflow, filtration, and performance. The engine sound during acceleration also takes on a deeper, more aggressive tone, allowing you to hear the increase in horsepower. The intake tube is made of mandrel-bent aluminum with a durable red powder-coated finish. This air intake system is engineered to accommodate your engine's factory emissions control devices, including the mass airflow sensor, air injection lines, and engine breather lines. The tapered cylinder-shaped AEM Dryflow air filter is made from oil-free synthetic filter media and can be used for up to 100,000 miles (approx. 160,934 km) before needing cleaning, depending on driving conditions. The air intake system is easy to install with common hand tools and is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emissions standards, while others are 50-state legal. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese models without modification.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In rare cases, for large items such as body parts, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. We do not use sea freight.

○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not facilitate support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
